Procedures for auditions and placement
The procedures for the 2012 Florida All-State choirs will proceed as outlined in the following documents:

Student contracts
Every student auditioning for the FVA 2012 All-State Choirs must have these two documents completed and turned into their respective District Chairs. Students without completed contracts will not be allowed to audition for the 2012 All-State Choirs.
- FMEA Contract- IMPORTANT NOTE: This two page document must be copied front-and-back onto one sheet of paper before distribution to students. Stapled contracts cannot be accepted by District Chairs.
- FVA Contract- This one page document should be printed on a seperate page. Do not staple together the FMEA contract and the FVA contract.
